The UDCA Newsletter is published quarterly in March (Spring), June (Summer), September (Fall), and December (Winter).

Ads must be submitted with the Newsletter Advertising Contract Form. Payment MUST be received by the appropriate submission deadline date for the ad to be placed in the desired issue.

Basic templates have been provided in the following popular formats: Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint. It is recommended that users of these programs and other professional graphics programs save/export the finished file as a PDF in order to preserve the layout and font usage, as the availability of fonts differ between systems.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Camera-ready artwork should be sharp text and images in black & white (grayscale) and formatted to size (see specifications above). Please do not fold as fold lines will appear. Scanning of photographs will be an additional $10.00. Photos will not be returned.

For better reproduction quality, submit an electronic file (PDF, TIF, or JPG) of your artwork.

Per the UDCA Bylaws, the UDCA Newsletter cannot publish political campaign ads. The UDCA Newsletter is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors in submitted artwork.
